Even a ground beef recipe will work, I'll just substitute!.
Anyway, I was going to make tacos, but I want something a little different!. I had salad last night, so no taco salad or anything!. Already defrosting the ground turkey, so I want to make something with that!. Something with cheap ingredients!? Something tasty and different!.!.!. maybe something with BBQ sauce!? No turkey burgers please!. Something different!. I'm looking for tried and tasty recipes!. =) Keep in mind I'm cooking for two!.
Between the two of us, we don't like:

-Potatos
-Mushrooms

I'm certainly no chef, but my father is obsessed with ground turkey meat loaf!. He makes it just like he would any other meat loaf, except he substitutes ground beef with ground turkey!. He does it Italian style (which I know you'll love) by putting marinara sauce on top and mozzarella on top of the sauce!. (Both go over the glob of disgusting meat molded into the pan) Lol!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sometimes for something cheap at my house we use hamburger in beef strogonoff!. You just cook down the burger (we like onions in it) like you were going to make spaghetti or something, making sure its fine and cooked throughly and add sour cream to it!. Stir that together well!. Parsley is nice if you have it!. You are supposed to use cream of mushroom soup with the sour cream and meat, but cream of whatever you like would work!. Any cream soup at all!. Serve that over noodles with whatever side you like (a salad would be nice) and there you have it!
Good luck and enjoy your evening!
