What kinds of bread are good for making panini?!
I've used Focaccia, ciabatta, and just regular bread!. What else works well for pressed panini!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
You want to use bread that is low in sugar (so it won't burn) and bread that doesn't have a lot of moisture!. Foccacia and ciabatta are both excellent!. You can use flat breads, too!.

I think just about any bread would be fine!.
I really can't think of anything, other than maybe Irish Soda Bread, that would not work well!.
If you can make a sandwich with it, you can slap it in a panini press!.
