or will it not work!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
2 eggs whites
2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

The recipe should work just fine!. Egg whites are not exact in size so there is no need to use 1 1/2!. If the icing is not stiff enough increase the sugar by a small amount!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 1/2 egg whites, if that's possible!. if not, 2 egg whites, from small eggs!.
2 cups of confectioners sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Beat all ingredients at high speed for 7 to 10 minutes!. Use immediately!. Rebeating will not restore texture!.

Yield; 1 1/4 cups

You're kidding, right!?
As long as the proportions are kept the same, it'll work!.
1 1/2 egg whites, 2 cups of sugar, & 1/4 tsp cream of tartar!.
Or 1 egg white, 1 1/3 cups of sugar, & 1/6 tsp cream of tartar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

everything can be cut in half instead of trying to get 1 1/2 egg whites use 2 & if you are concerned about it being too much!. us to grade AA small eggs in stead of grade AA large (which is what most people use) & it should come out okWww@FoodAQ@Com

2 egg whites
2 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar!.
same directions!.

Yield:1 1/4 cupWww@FoodAQ@Com

It will work, you'll just have a smaller portion than the original!. Just divide all the measurements by two and it'll be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
