Question: Can I use brown sugar for pancakes!?
All I have is light brown sugar!.!. I'm all out of white, will the brown sugar ruin the pancakes!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most pancake recipes really don't call for too much sugar!.!.!. probably 1 Tablespoon at the most!.

Depends upon how picky the eaters are!.!.!. it won't ruin them, but will add a slightly different flavor!. I would think it would be a good twist!.

also, you can leave the sugar out of the recipe completely if you're too leery about the brown sugar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes when i was young we would butter our pancake and sprinkle it with brown sugar and roll it up and eat it (we did that instead of using syrup) !.!.!.oh it was yummy!.!.!.enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
