I mix buttermilk with 1 T seasoned salt and 1 T hot sauce!. Soak the chicken for at least 30 minutes and drain!. Mix 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs with 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs and 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese!. Cut boneless, skinless, chicken breasts into "tenders" and soak in buttermilk mixture!. Drain and roll in bread crumb mixture!. Place in hot cannola oil and saute until golden on each side and cooked thru!. You can also place the tenders on a baking dish, drizzle with butter, and bake at 375 degrees for 40 -50 minutes or until golden and browned!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I dip the chicken in a dry flour mix, then into the egg mix and then back into the flour mixture and then fry away!. I use all kinds of seasoning in my flour mixture it just depends on how I feel that day!Www@FoodAQ@Com
