What's a good mid-morning snack?!

Fruit, yogurt, plain popcorn, cheese and crackers (a good wheat thin with low-fat cheese), cotttage cheese and fruit is also good!. Since you had no breakfast, you can do a light brunch - maybe one egg on a buttered roll (make it lowfat margarine and whole wheat roll or even rye bread)!. If you eat too much now, you won't want lunch (which is okay, really, and then you can have a mid-afternoon snack - just make it healthy)!.
I don't eat breakfast at all, almost never! Just the thought of food until I'm awake at least 2 hours makes me nauseous!. I am a "grazer"!. I am 5' 4" and weigh a whopping 106 soaking wet!. But I do eat healthy!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I keep around red seedless grapes in a small covered bowl!. Not only are they light on your stomach, but the juices are cold and refreshing!. You will not beat yourself up for eating fruit like you would candy bars or chips!.
