Other than a bacon press!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I find that if I turn the heat down, it curls less!. I also flip it more than once so that it cooks evenly!. But, if you're not a fan of hovering and flipping, try putting it on an ungreased baking sheet (lined with non-stick foil is great) in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes!. The whole sheetful of bacon will come out nice and crispy and flatter than flat!.

Good luck! Bacon is so yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you have a spare brick or two!.!.!. rinse them off!.!.!. not clean it but just get the dirt off!.!.!. and wrap them in aluminum foil!. then just set them on top of the bacon while cooking!. it'll keep em flat!.!. and you can probably kook 5 or 6 at a time or more depending on how many bricks you have!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make it in the oven!. Place on a broiler pan and put in a 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put it on a broiler pan and broil it!. It cooks quickly this way too!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Restarants use a bacon press;-} use any such clean weight!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Some bacon does have a habit of doing that, just keep turning it over!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
