Stuffed pork chops?!
If you like stuffed pork chops, how do you normally eat them!?
I normally stuff with proscuttio & mozzerella but today the funds are limited to stove top stuffing so which way is best!?
1- Stuffing inside the chop,fried with some type of wine sauce on top
2- Stuffing loaded on top of the chop then drizzled with a sweet/sour glaze and baked
Open to other suggestions as well!

Personally I like #2!. I like the way it looks and it is not as messy!. When you take a bite into #1 it seems like the stuff always come out of the pork chops and spills on your plate or on your shirt!. Definetly #2!Www@FoodAQ@Com
i use boneless pork chops and pound them as thin as possible!. then i spread the stuffing over 2/3 of the chop and roll them up and fasten with a small skewer!. bake, in your favorite sauce!Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would do option one, but bake them like that then add the wine sauce!. Baking them would keep them moister, or better yet bake them IN the wine sauce! Yummo!Www@FoodAQ@Com
add some whole kernel corn to the stove top and if you like it, a dash of Worcestershire sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
