What vegetarian food should I have for lunch today?!


Question: What vegetarian food should I have for lunch today!?
Something that doesn't involve the oven or stove!. No salad please XD

I'm a vegetarian, and for lunch I'd make a veggie sandwich!.!.!.

1!.Get 2 slices of bread
2!. Spread mustard on one, mayonaise on the other
3!. top one slice with tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, etc vege food
4!. Take the other slice and put it on top
5!. ENJOY!

What about a bean burrito:

1!.Get a tortilla roll
2!. spread refried beans on it
3!. top with shredded cheese, lettuce, maybe sour cream, and anything else you want! i think taco bell sometimes puts rice on theirs:)
4!. roll it up--If you want it hot microwave it before you roll it up!.
5!. EAT!!!


you can also try soup, yogurt, fruit, etc with your meal :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

well i think that carrats or celery or fruits if thats part of being a vegetarian!.cause like with carrots you can have a dip like buttermilk ranch or etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I can always enjoy a smoked "salmon" spread sandwich!. It's super fast to whip up the dip, and then you can just throw some raw veggies on it for the finishing touches!.

I'm having a vegetable soup, I cook mass quantities at once and eat it over time!. Eat a bunch of fruit!. I'm going to have stacks of watermelon once I finish my veggie soup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips!.
