Creme Bouquet Flavoring
Reply Quote
Those that have tried the buttercream recipe I use know that it is to die for, but many have asked!.!.!. "What is Creme Bouquet and where do I get it!?"

Creme Bouquet is a flavoring that is a buttery-vanilla-citrus emulsion!. I LOVE it and really fell in love with buttercream once I started adding it to my icing!.

Now you should be aware that there are several manufacturers out there that make a product that they call "Creme Bouquet," but not all Creme Bouquets are created equal!. How do I know this!? I ordered a case of it from Sugarcraft!.com and found that the one made by CK products is just plain nasty! It has a smell/taste like lemon furniture polish! YUCK! Winbeckler Enterprises also sells this brand!.

There is also one that I have heard of which is called Creme Bokay and it is also NOT the same as what I use!. So when in doubt, or if they don't tell you the brand, ASK, or you could be in for a big disappointment!. I have been told that Sugarcraft has stopped disclosing which brand they sell, but have not verified this myself!. So, just in case you missed it the first time, ALWAYS ask the brand name!

I ONLY use the one which is made by Parrish's which is also known by Magic Line!. It is amazing and fabulous and if you don't have it available locally, you can get it at www!.doitwithicing!.com!. These folks run the local cake deco shop and they are just great people, so I encourage you to support their business by purchasing from them!. They also sell it cheaper than anyone on the web!
