Spinach Salad

INGREDIENTS:
1 (10 ounce) package pre-
washed fresh spinach
1 cup fresh green peas
1/4 cup olive oil 1 1/2 lemons, juiced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1!. In a large bowl, toss together the spinach, peas and olive oil until evenly coated!. Add the lemon juice, feta and salt and pepper, and toss again!.

Crunchy Salmon & Spinach Salad

Ingredients:
4 ounces Fillet Of Salmon
1 cup Fresh Spinach
2 1/2 cups Green Leaf Lettuce
1 Small Maui Sweet Onion
2 Roma Tomatoes
1/2 cup Carrots
1/2 cup Mandarin Oranges
1 medium Avocado
1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil

Directions:

On low/medium heat, cook salmon on grill pan for 30 minutes or until done and crispy!. Put salmon in refrigerator while preparing salad!.

Dressing: Put equal parts rice wine vinegar and soy sauce together and add sesame oil!. Shake well and put into refrigerator!.

Salad: Chop all other ingredients up and place into bowl!. Take out chilled salmon from refrigerator and flake apart or cut into bite size chunks!. Place salmon in salad mix and drizzle dressing!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Slice up the salmon cakes and heat!. Add to spinach with some vinaigrette!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
