It is hard to make any suggestions without seeing the recipe but you can try adding another egg to your dough or a bit of milk and mix it in well!.

You need more liquid most likely!. Water is the obvious choice but beware that adding water is adding 'flavorles mass' to whatever you are cooking!. I would try to think of some liquid that could bring some extra flavor to the mix, if you are going to have to add anything!. Butter, milk, maybe even something like apple juice!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not sure what kind of cookies your making but, If there is butter in the in the batter try more of that or you can substitute butter with Crisco to make the cookies more chewy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

if it has butter in it and your butter is cold and hard it won't come together try letting it warm up and remix!. if not make sure you have it calls for sounds like you skipped something!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What kind of cookies are you making!? All dough is different!.You might need to chill it, Would help if I knew the recipeWww@FoodAQ@Com

If it's too dry, add water until it is the thickness you want!.
If you end up making it too wet, add flour!.
