What main dish goes well with carrots?!
My mom has requested carrots with brown sugar and butter as her veg for dinner!. I've never used carrots as a side veg, so what goes with carrots!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

Roasted turkey with mashed potatoes and turkey gravy always goes great with carrots!. I wouldn't go for fish, my mom always cooks fish with cold vegetables, such as a salad!. Chicken might be alright too, and ham works well with most anything!. Not anything beef or fish!. Pasta could work too!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Actually any roasted or pan fried animal protein goes great with carrots!.!.When I say animal protein I mean any fish, poultry or meat!. Carrots are pretty versitile!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The best thing i love with carrots are mashed potatoes, with grilled chicken!. OR you can make her fish too!. Carrots arent fussy, they go good with alot of different things!. Cudos to you for cooking!.!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would say roasted turkey!. Sort of like Yams go well with turkey at Thanksgiving!.
