Question: Does this sound like it would make a good tuna salad!?
- Elbows/macaroni
- Red pepper (all I have)
- Mayo
- Salt and pepper
- Tuna

Sounds fine to me!. You can always add a few twists to make it just a little different if you like!. You could add some chopped tomato, celery, egg and a squirt of fresh lemon and you could always chop up some fresh parsley too!. Use what you like!.!.!.!.!.!.you're making me hungry!. If you can find grapefruits try this Tuna and Grapefruit Salad Recipe:

Serves/Makes: 4

Ingredients:

* 1 can tuna fish, drained
* 2 grapefruits, halved
* Mayonnaise, to taste
* 1 teaspoon (5 mL) lemon juice
* Capers

How to cook:

* Delicately remove pulp from each grapefruit half; arrange into a mixing bowl!.
* Well clean the inside of the peel of each grapefruit half; set aside!.
* Drain grapefruit pulp; delicately mix in tuna fish, mayonnaise and lemon juice!.
* Fill grapefruit halves with tuna fish mixture!.

2 ea Large hard-boiled eggs
2 ts Louisiana hot sauce
1/2 cup chedder cheese - shredded
french onion soup dry mix- 1 pkg
1 c Avocado, mashed
1/2 c green Onion, chopped
1 can tuna
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 tb Dill relish
1 x Fresh lemon juice

If you have eggs- hard boil them, slice and add!. Celery and/or onions would be a good addition, as would lemon juice!. Pickles chopped, or relish is also good!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you have any apples!? It sounds weird, but cut up apples are so good in tuna salad!.

I'm not crazy about red peppers, so I'd probably skip them!. But that's a personal preference!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
