Banana Recipes...?!


Question: Banana Recipes!.!.!.!?
Ok, I love bananas, and I need some easy to make banana recipes!.
I'm mainly looking for like a strawberry banana smoothie recipe, but also any other banana recipes you have!. Especially smoothies!.
The smoothies can have Strawberries Bananas whipped cream yogurt, whatever you find that has a banana in it basically!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Strawberry banana smoothie!.
Nothing beats this smoothie!.

Ingredients:

2 cups of milk (skim, butter milk, low fat)
2 large bananas chopped
1 punnet of strawberry's
1/2 a cup of banana yoghurt
1 table-spoon of honey
1 table-spoon of wheat germ (for the health conscious)
1/4 tea-spoon of ground cinnamon

Method:

Place all of the Ingredients in your smoothie maker and blend till you have a smooth texture!. If you want a thicker smoothie then add frozen fruit or milk cubes this always makes it thicker!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Tropical Green Tea Smoothie

2 oranges, peeled and separated into quarters
2 bananas, peeled
2 cups seedless grapes
1 cup prepared green tea
1 tsp!. honey
12 ice cubes

1!. Combine oranges, bananas, and grapes in a blender or food processor!.
2!. Blend on high until smooth!.
3!. Add green tea, honey and ice!.
4!. Blend on medium/high until ice is crushed!.
5!. Pour into glasses and serve immediately!.

You can substitute strawberries for the grapes if you would like!.


Anne's Banana-Oreo Delight


15 Oreo cookies, crushed
1 large pkg!. French vanilla instant pudding
1 large container of frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 bananas, sliced
2 Tbsp!. chocolate syrup
2 Tbsp!. chopped nuts

1!. Make pudding according to package directions; set aside!.
2!. Crush Oreo cookies in a blender or place in a plastic bag
using a rolling pin to crush!.
3!. Fill a large glass bowl with half of the cookie crumbs!.
4!. Cover crumbs with half of the prepared pudding!.
5!. Distribute half of the banana slices over pudding!.
6!. Spread half of the whipped topping on top of bananas!.
7!. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients!.
8!. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top layer of Cool Whip!.
9!. Sprinkle with chopped nut!.


Rosetta's Banana Split Cheesecake
No-bake cheesecake

2-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 pkg!. (8 oz!.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
3 bananas, quartered
1 container (12 oz!.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
8 maraschino cherries, halved
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup chopped nuts

1!. Place about 15 sheets of graham crackers into a blender on medium speed to make crumbs!.
2!. Combine crumbs with melted butter in a bowl and toss with a fork until moistened (add about 1 tsp!. of warm water if necessary)!.
3!. Press crumb mixture into bottom of a 9 X 12 inch baking dish!.
4!. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth!.
5!. Carefully spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crumb crust!.
6!. Spoon crushed pineapple evenly over cream cheese mixture!.
7!. Distribute quartered bananas on top of pineapple!.
8!. Spread whipped topping on top of all!.
9!. Decorate with cherry halves!.
10!. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with nuts!.
11!. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving!.

Note: Fresh peach slices or frozen strawberries can be use with or substituted for pineapples, if desired!.

1 box vanilla wafers, crushed
1 large pkg!. vanilla instant pudding
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 large container of frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 Tbsp!. chocolate syrup
2 Tbsp!. chopped nuts

1!. Prepare pudding according to package directions; set aside!.
2!. Crush vanilla wafers in a blender or place in a plastic bag using a rolling pin!.
3!. Fill the bottom of a large bowl with half of the cookie crumbs!.
4!. Cover crumbs with half of prepared pudding!.
5!. Distribute half of the strawberry slices over pudding!.
6!. Spread half of the whipped topping over strawberries!.
7!. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients!.
8!. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top of last layer of whipped topping!.
9!. Sprinkle with chopped nuts!.

I have a little trick when I make a smoothie I use frozen bananas, it changes the texture to be like a marshmallow soft serve ice-cream but it doesn't always do it not quite sure why maybe the temperature not cold enough maybe the sugar in the bananas is not enough but it's worth persisting when it comes out right it's very yummyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Slice on a diagonal, about 1/2" thick slices!. Dredge in mixture of 1 C four to 1/4C brown sugar (I eyeball, so don't sweat the measuring)!. Heat 1" canola oil in deep skillet on med-high!. Fry banana slices, turning, until golden brown!. Remove and drain on paper towels!. Remeber they will continue to cook just a touch after removed from oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

chop up a banana - freeze in sections & then whip up in the blender with OJ or pineapple juice or other juice to suit your needs !.
