First, begin by beating a few eggs in a wide, but shallow bowl!. Then, put about an equal amount of flour in another bowl!. Lastly, put about the same about of panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) in a third bowl!.

Lightly cover each tilapia fillet with the flour, then the egg, and then the panko!. Do this until all the fillets are nicely covered!.

Lastly, either bake each fillet in the oven for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit on a greased pan (preferably extra virgin olive oil to kept it slightly healthier)!. Or you can lightly fry them a pan it with extra virgin olive oil!.

Serve with steamed vegetables and quinoa (a type of protein that cooks like rice, but looks like couscous!. It is typically used to substitute rice or couscous in various dishes)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i love it with a little oil, salt, and pepper, but you could throw fresh herbs, lemon or vinegar, and onions or garlic!. you could make it asian style with a little ginger and sesame oil, or go southwest with some smoked peppers, its versatile!. its a very light fish though so it doesnt need a lot of antying or else the flavors will overwhelm and mask the flavor of it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I marinade mine in olive oil, lemon juice, butter, garlic, a splash of wistishier sauce, and old bay seasoning and a sprinkle of parsley and a dash of Yellow Mrs!.
