Chicken with a Mushroom cream sauce over it...I need your best recipe..YUM!!
I saw on tv last night a chicken dish with like a mushroom cream sauce over it!. It looked absolutely delicious and I was wondering if anyone has a great recipe of their own they will possibly share with me!? I'm going to make a broccoli cheese rice to go along with it!. Oh yumm!.!.!.!.I can taste it now! :-)

Chicken On Rice:
3-4 chicken breasts (boneless skinless) or chicken thighs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
3/4 cup rice
1 packet lipton onion soup mix
In a 13X9 baking dish, combine soup, milk, rice, and half the soup packet until well mixed!. Lay chicken on top, and sprinkle with remaining dry soup mix!. Bake at 350 for about an hour or until rice is tender!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 thick slices bacon (cooked half way)
1 cup mushrooms, halved
1/2 cup heavy cream
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!.
Pour melted butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish!. Add chicken, ; sprinkle with seasoning salt and garlic!. Turn chicken over, season, and lay bacon strips on top!. Sprinkle with mushrooms!.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes to 50 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear!.
Remove chicken, bacon and mushrooms to a platter and keep warm!. Pour juices from baking dish into a small saucepan ( i add small amount of flour for thickening) and whisk together with cream over low heat until thickened!. Pour sauce over chicken and serve warm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

BAKED CHICKEN IN MUSHROOM SAUCE
Fry chicken pieces in butter in skillet, until brown on both sides!. In meantime:
Cut green onions (1/2 c!.), into sm!. pieces
1 (4 oz!.) can mushrooms, drained well
When chicken pieces are all brown, put in casserole and add the onion and mushrooms to the butter!. Saute for 3 to 5 minutes!.
To this add enough flour to pick up the butter!.
In a bowl dissolve 1 chicken bouillon in 1 cup water (if more gravy is wanted, use more dissolved bouillon)!. Make a thin gravy, pour over chicken!.
Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven for 1 hour!.
When chicken is done, beat 2 egg yolks with 1/4 cup cream and mix well!. Pour this slowly over chicken, swishing through the chicken!. Serve immediately!. Serve with steamed rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

sautee chicken in pan cook for 2-3 minutes each side splash white ine in with chicken add chicken stock then put mushrooms in pan and lay the chicken on top of mushrooms while mushrooms cook !.add a little heavy cream in pan and wait till it gets thicker you can put grated cheese in also if you like Www@FoodAQ@Com
we just had this dinner 2 days ago!.!. its called "chicken cardon blu" very good, here is the recipe you have to use chicken breast flatten the breast you may even slice them in 2 so they can be thin take some ham thin lunch meat put the ham at one end of the chicken and a slice of monzorella cheese put it on top of the ham roll chicken and dip in butter then batter that roll in crumbs, we use club crackers (smash them in bag real fine pull butter in baking pan and cook for 40 to 60 minutes at 375 get you some campbells mushroom soup heat that and top your chicken after done we had the same sides your havingWww@FoodAQ@Com
