From what I can tell, this seems to be the most common recipe out there:

Ingredients:
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup plain yogurt

Directions:
Combine peanut butter and orange juice concentrate in a small bowl; beat until fluffy!. Stir in yogurt until smooth!. Chill until ready to use!.

Try this recipe for peanut butter popcorn, its really good! Make sure you read the reviews because they did some things that make it better, like bake it in the oven for 30 minutes, and using honey instead of corn syrup!.
