What's some good tips/recipes for BBQ ribs?!
Answers:
Let the meat come to room temperature and don some disposable rubber gloves!. Sprinkle the meat with your favorite rub mixture and massage it in thoroughly!. Spray a shallow pan with release spray, (Pam) put the ribs in and cover with foil!. Bake low and slow at 250F for 2 hours!. Remove foil and bake longer until juices evaporate - slather with your favorite barbecue sauce and bake until the sauce firms up!. (I don't cook ribs on the grill because the heat is too high and makes the meat tough)
