Recipe for kick *** fish!

You need: Fish, Italian bread crumbs, Can of beer, Onion powder, 2 eggs, vegetable oil

First cut up the fish into bite size pieces (size of chicken fingers) and put them into a bowl filled with beer!. Let that sit a while!.

Second prepare a bowl with your two eggs stirred in it

Third prepare another bowl with the bread crumbs and onion powder stirred together!.

Forth heat up a pot of vegetable oil on the stove!.

Then you just take the fish out of the beer, dip it into the eggs, then into the onion crumbs!. Make sure its nice and covered and throw each piece into the vegetable oil!.

Comes out the best!!! It works with any kind of fish too!.

either way-you need to grease the pan either way or if you bake it a little water in the pan will help so it doesn't stick!. Broiling fish I really like-just put under the broiler with some seasoning on top (I never use salt) and a little butter!. Watch it under the broiler because it will burn easy!.

when you cook at in a pan!.!.!. make sure all the water is dried out of the fish first!. then add oil to the pot!.!.!. wait a minute of two!.!.!. then add garlic!. put the fish in!.!.!. when the fish starts to turn brown on the side that is touching the pan, flip the fish over!. do the same for the other side!. then you have cooked/fried your fish!.!.!. =0)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I only like certain kinds of fish,walleye,pike,blue gills!. But what I do is take a pack of saltine crackers and make fine crumbs and then mix them with some flour and add a little salt and pepper!. Next beat a couple of eggs!. Then I pour some canola oil in a fry pan and let it get hot!. Take fillets and dip them in egg wash and then dip them in the saltine crumbs/flour mixture!. Shake excess off gently then put fillets in hot oil!. When nicely browned on one side,flip over and fry till brown!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It all depends on what type of fish!. The lighter, flakier types of fish can't be grilled (they'll fall apart), but IMO, grilling is the only way to do justice to swordfish!. There are lots of good ways to broil fish, too!.

I never deep-fry fish any more!. Too greasy!. Better to lightly dredge it and pan-fry it!. You can experiment with various coatings and spice combinations!.

And then there's not cooking it at all!. Mmmm, sushi!

I like to do both!. It depends on what kind of fish I'm cooking!. If it is a really delicate fish that is going to flake easily, grilling probably isn't the best option!. If it's a more sturdy fish, I do prefer it grilled, but either way will come out fine!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Roll it in spices and flour add some lemon wrap it up in foil and put it on your grill depending how thick it is 3 to 5 minutes a side unwrap and make sure its white and flaky mm mmm good enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

personally I like to cook it in a pan rolled in seasoned flour and a little olive oil!. I feel that with the grill it has the chance of falling trough the cracks if you know what I mean!. Either way is quite tasty though!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Brush it with oil and lighty salt!. Place under the grill in the oven 6" from the heat!.
Fillets should be turned after 3 minutes!.
