Im due to have my first baby in one week, and I'm sick of everything I cook (and so is my partner!), has anyone got some easy to prepare, healthy, tasty recipes that they swear by!?
A creamy pasta, or something i can freeze until after baby is born would be nice!?

Beefy Barbecue Macaroni
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 1/2 cups cooked elbow
macaroni
3/4 cup barbeque sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 dash cayenne pepper
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter or
margarine
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar
cheese
Additional Cheddar cheese
(optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1!. In a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink; drain!. Add macaroni, barbecue sauce, pepper and cayenne; mix well!. In a saucepan, heat milk and butter over medium heat until butter is melted!. Stir in cheese until melted!. Pour over the macaroni mixture and mix gently!. Sprinkle with cheese if desired!.
Shepherd's Pie
INGREDIENTS:
5 potatoes, peeled and
quartered
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (4 ounce) can sliced
mushrooms
1 (15 ounce) can mixed
vegetables
1 (10!.75 ounce) can condensed cream of
mushroom soup
1 (10!.75 ounce) can
condensed cream of celery
soup
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons butter
DIRECTIONS:
1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray!.
2!. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil!. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes!. Drain, reserving some of the cooking liquid!. Mash potatoes with a little of the cooking liquid!. Set aside!.
3!. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until brown over medium-high heat!. Drain fat from pan!. Stir in mushrooms, mixed vegetables, mushroom soup, celery soup, and salt and pepper; heat through!. Pour into prepared baking dish, cover with mashed potatoes, and dot with butter!.
4!. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are golden and beef and vegetable mixture is hot and bubbly!.

1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!.
2!. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil!. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain!.

Ingredients
1 medium onion
1 garlic clove
400g of tinned chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs
15ml 1 tablespoon of olive oil or sunflower
1 vegetable stock cube
salt and pepper
50g frozen peas (optional)
1 peel and chop the onion finely!.
2 peel and crush the garlic
3 heat oil in a small saucepan and add the onion and garlic for 2 mins untill the onion is tender(soft) (i recomend that you make sure the onion is very soft it tastes better)
4 stir with a wooden spoon
5 next add the chopped tomatoes and frozen peas(optional)
crumbled stock cubed the mixxed herbs and salt and
pepper
6 cook on a low heat stirring occasionally
7 cook gently for 15 - 20 mins
8 pour over the pasta
9 ENJOY!

3 when its has cooked drain over the sink using a colander and put into bowl if you want to serve it in a few mins or put straight onto serveing plate and pour sauce over then serve
