Question: What can I serve with Gazpacho (traditional Spanish cold vegetable soup)!?
Answers:
Gaspacho is great with a cold summer salad, or fruit salad lightly dressed!. Chibatta garlic bread for dipping or even a french bread for dipping to sop up the excess liquid from the soup!. A nice sorbet to cleans the pallet is good too!. On top of the Gazpacho I like to serve with a bit of sour cream and top that with a bit of chives for some color and a bit more bite!.

Chiabatta garlic bread: Slice bread 1 in, sprinkle with olive oil and toast slices of bread for 8 mins at 350 in oven" or golden brown" or use counter top toaster!. Then take one whole head of garlic peel 4 cloves to start cut the tip off one end and rub all over toast to give a slightly garlicy flavor!. Sprinkle a bit of salt n pepper on top and serve with soup- Enjoy" idea came from Giada De Laurentiis Everyday Italian"Www@FoodAQ@Com

think some bread or oven garlic toast or just any kind of toast would be nice!. Or if you wants something more, then you can just make something like paella, or some Spanish rice!.
Or you can make Fried Empanadas!. They are absolutely delicious!. You can find the recipe on http://allrecipes!.com

I think it's great as a first course followed by grilled steak or baked salmon!. But it's pretty good alone with bread sticks on the side!.
