Question: I need a home made brown recipe!?
Hey there, so I want to make homemade brownies!. Now for the chocolate, I only have 1 bag of chocoalte chips, can I use these to make them!? Thanks! Any recipes would be great!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Absolutely!

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
3/4 cup butter
2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract (REAL extract if you can get it, it makes a huge difference over that imitation crap!)
1 cup all purpose flour
(optional) 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350!
1!.Beat your eggs together in a seperate bowl with a fork until they're combined!.
2!.!. Put 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl with the butter and microwave on high for two minutes (or until the butter has melted)!. Whisk until combined and all chocolate is melted!.
3!.Slowly pour a moderate amount of chocolate mixture into the eggs, whisking the eggs quickly all the while!. If you don't do this, the eggs will cook when you dump them into the hot chocolate, which results in !. !. !. nastiness!. Once you've done this with about half of the chocolate, pour it all together and whisk to combine!.
4!. Add sugar and vanilla, whisk to combine!.
5!. Add your flour and your walnuts (if desired) and stir until incorporated!.
6!. Line a 13x9 inch pan with foil or wax paper, and spray with a nonstick like Pam!. Pour in the brownie batter and place on a rack in the middle of the oven!.
7!. Bake for 35 minutes!. Do not overbake! (Trust me, I've ruined more baked goods this way than my high school home ec teacher cares to remember, I'm sure!.) This is more than enough time for them to bake perfectly!. Because these brownies are fudgy, an inserted knife will not come out clean, so you can't use that to judge!. Set them on the counter and let them cool before slicing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
