Question: Does anyone know the recipe for the frozen margarita served at Bennigan's!?
It's the one that when you ask for a frozen margarita they ask you if you want the one with the good tequila!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Here's a basic recipe!. I checked the Bennigan's site!. Aren't they out of business!? When they upgrade, they probably added Jose Cuervo tequila, and maybe Grand Marnier in place of triple sec!. Personally, I enjoy Cazadores agave tequila and Grand Marner!.

1 cup of ice
1 1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz lime juice
3 oz sour mix
lime wedge for garnish
salt for rimming glass (optional)
Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into a blender!.
Blend until smooth!.
If desired, salt the rim of a chilled margarita glass!.
Pour contents into the glass!.

I got frozen Mango margaritas there all the time, and they taste like frozen margaritas anywhere else!.!.!.!. Just put the margarita mix and tequila, with crushed ice, in a blender!. Commerotivo is great tequila, but Jose Cuervo is good too !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.** You DID know that Bennigan's went bankrupt, and all of the restaurants have closed!? Only some of the privately-owned ones will be reopening! We went every weekend to play Buzztime:)Www@FoodAQ@Com
