Does anyone ever put an egg in their ramen cup of soup!
I've read about people doing this!. I am trying to live cheap and I want to know if you just drop it in at first, or if you mix it up and throw it in halfway, or how you do it!. I'd be interested in any other ideas for making ramen soup more interesting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

OMG i love egg in my ramen noodles :)
I don't know if the egg thing works with the ramen noodle cups, but if you buy the ramen noodle packs (which are cheaper than the cups)!. All you do is fill a pot with water add the raw noodles, then once the water begins to boil just crack the egg right on top of it (it doesn't take long for eggs to boil so once the noodles are cooked the egg will be done also)!. Next you stir in the seasoning (chicken taste the best with egg)!. Then presto! it's done!. :) Yummy :)
p!.s!. you can also chop up some green onion and throw that in there too with a dash of chyanne pepper!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

It comes out best if you do it like egg drop soup, but when I'm feeling lazy I just stir everything together and nuke it!.
1!. Boil your water
2!. Throw in the noodles/seasoning
3!. While noodles cook, crack egg into an empty bowl and stir until it's mixed completely!.
4!. Soon as the noodles are done, use a spoon to drip (aka drop) the egg into the soup!.
The smaller the drops the more even the soup will be!. It's not hard and the egg drops will cook instantly in the boiling water!. It's very filling!.
Sometimes I'd get to the point I'd leave the noodles out and just use the egg because let's face it there's a reason ramen noodles are cheap as dirt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

scramble it up first in a bowl or cup and wait till the water boils!. pour the egg in slowly while mixing it slowly with a fork!. add noodles and cook till tender then add your powder!. it is kinds the same way they make the egg flower soup in chinese restaurants!. you can also scramble and fry the egg then cut the egg into thin strips to put on top of your already cooked noodles!. You could do it like egg drop soup, putting it in near the end, scrambled, so it forms kind of stringy eggy bits yum, I also like to put a fried egg on top!. I usually strain the noodles before mixing in the seasoning, I love it with an egg on top!.
My husband likes mixing ramen noodles w/o seasoning with tomato soup!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think it will work as well with the cup of soup!. My mother would make ramen noodles and add an egg when we were kids!. On the stovetop after it was just about done, she'd crack an egg in!. You can either stir alot and it'll look like egg drop soup - or stir just a little!. I prefer it stirred just a little to break the yolk!. Let it cook for a minute or too- it won't take long for the egg to cook!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love egg in my Top Ramen! I don't know about the Cop O Noodles kind, but in the packaged one it's great!. I add mine straight to the cooking noodles, just when it's about done!. I also add frozen veggies, and half of the seasoning packet so it's not so over done with MSG!. Yumm, now I'm hungryWww@FoodAQ@Com
