Question: Anyone got any good POTATO recipies!?

Oven Baked Potato Dump
I take Italian Dressing and chop up the potatos with the skin on, put in a plastic bag and cover with the salad dressing!.
Place (or dump) them onto a baking sheet and bake at 375 for 30-40 mins!. This is even better than fries!!

grate about 8-10 medium size potatoes with 1 medium onion and 3 carrots!. add salt, pepper and garlic, if you're a fan!. toss with 2 tbsp oil and mix in 2 eggs!. Bake in 375 degree oven until potatoes are tender

Take a large piece of tin foil,lay on a cookie sheet,spray good with oil or marg,peel potato's and carrots and onion,slice the veggies onto the foil,put a few dabs of marg on the top of the veg mixture,salt and pepper,fold foil over to make an envelope,turn edges to keep vegetables in and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees,slice the top open and pour into a serving bowl,and enjoy ! wonderful and very easyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Wash 3 medium potatoes and put them in microwave for 5 minutes, then cut in half long ways and slice 1/4 inch thick!.Set aside!. In skillet melt 2 tbsp butter add 1 onion thinly sliced and 1 tsp minced garlic, cook till onions just start to brown!. Add 1 can cream of broccoli soup and 1/2 can milk and1/8 tsp pepper!. oh yes!!.!.!. par boil potatoes, slice them, put a layer in dish, scatter crushed garlic, scatter grated gruyere cheese, then repeat for about 2 or 3 layers!. finish with cheese, then pour in double cream to nearly the top!.

Slice 1/4" thick in ceramic or pyrex pot with a lid!.
Layer with sliced onions & mushrooms!.
Pour mushroom soup, diluted with milk over, enough to cover!.
Bake in 400F oven for 45 minutes, until potatoes are cooked!.

Dice potatoes then place in hot oil in frying pan and add diced onion!. Flip when crunchy brown then remove and place on paper towel to drain!. Potatoes:- Hasselback
Peel potatoes and cut in half lengthways, the higher of the two ways!.
Place flat side down and cut down to within 12mm (?”) of the face, 6mm (?”) apart!.
Brush with oil or melted butter and bake at 190C (375F) 45-50 minutes!.

Try scalloped potatoes!. Or even roast them , or you can wash slice a hole in each one, fry in a covered pan with olive oil for about 35 Min's, add rosemary, garlic towards the end, and a little bit of broth!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
