Here are three recipes to get yor started and a link to more for you to look at =) You can also make a big pan of ziti or lasagna and put it in single serve freezer containers to defrost/heat when you don't feel like cooking!.


Italian Chicken ~ 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 cup Italian salad dressing!. Preheat oven to 350°F!. Marinate chicken in salad dressing (for at least an hour!.) Place chicken in baking dish and spoon leftover marinade over chicken!. Bake for 35-40 minutes until no longer pink!. Serve over rice (“Boil In Bag” or “Minute Rice” will do!.) Add a side of pre-made “bagged” Caesar salad for a well-balanced, healthy meal!.


Pork Chops ~ 4 bone-in, thick cut pork chops, 1 cup flour, salt & pepper to taste, 2 tbsp canola oil, 1 can tomato soup, ? cup French fried onions!. Heat skillet with oil on medium-high heat!. Coat pork chops in flour, place in skillet and sprinkle with salt & pepper!. Brown chops on each side and turn heat down to medium-low!. Spoon tomato soup (straight from the can) over each chop!. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes until no longer pink!. Top each with French fried onions right before serving!. Favorite side dish with this one is a bachelor staple: Macaroni & Cheese!. Add a side of canned corn and you’re done!.


Teriyaki Steak ~ 2 New York strip steaks or cut of choice, 1 cup teriyaki sauce, ? cup minced garlic!. Marinade steaks in teriyaki sauce and garlic for at least 2 hours (ideal is overnight!.) Broil or grill steaks to desired doneness!. Serve with baked potato and green beans!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

- Pour heated can of chunky soup over rice

Spread taco sauce on tortillas and then add cooked meat and cheese and heat in the oven

Spaghetti Aglio Olio!

Angel-hair spaghetti
4 cloves onion, minced (or bought already minced)
Parsely flakes
Chilli flakes
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt
4 slivers bacon
3 tablespoons olive oil (3 turns of pan when pouring oil)

Cook spaghetti til al-dente (or to packet's instructions)!. In the meantime, fry bacon slices til crispy and remove from pan, chop up the bacon to little pieces!.

Add olive oil to fat remaining from bacon in the pan you used (make sure it's big enough to accomodate the spaghetti later), add garlic and fry til it turns golden (don't burn it), Add drained spaghetti (save some of the water used to cook the spaghetti) and toss with the garlic/oil mixture!. Next, add the chili flakes, parsley flakes and salt and pepper to taste!. Toss again before adding some cooling water!. Once sauce is thickened, serve with bacon bits on top!.

hmm!.!.!.get chicken breasts, one or two!.!.depends how hungry you're :D!.!.

heat up a frying pan!.!.put one spoon of oil!.!.put the chicken over the oil!.!.add crushed garlic, about 2 cloves, add pepper & allspice!.!. pre toast some bun add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese & voila

cut chicken breast into cubes,
let set in a bowl with lemon juice, fresh chopped mints, dried italian herbs, 2 spoons of mustard, 4 spoons of plain youghurt, cumin & curry powder, add chillie to taste!.

prepare some sauted veggies, heat a deep frying pan add chopped onions, until soft!.!.medium heat, add sliced carrots and sliced fresh mushrooms, toss in some frozen corn kernels!.!.!.

cook until veggies are soft!.!.!.add the chicken mixture to the veggies, stir occasionally on high heat at first!.!.!.!.after 15 minutes cover with aluminum foil and let it simmer for a good 20 minutes on medium heat!.!.

add salt & more pepper as desired!. Serve with pita bread or filled in a sandwhich roll!.

canned tuna, drained
cauliflower, washed & cut into medium piecies
2 eggs beaten
carrots, finelly chpped
shallots
tomatoes, sliced
salt & pepper
1 cup cold milk
some butter & cheeze

in a small baking dish!.!.!.arrange the tuna + cauliflower + carrots + shallots + tomatoes!.

beat the eggs & whisk with the milk, salt & pepper!.

add the eggs/milk over the tuna dish!. Top with slices of butter & mozarrella cheese!.

bake for 35 minutes on 350 degrees!.

box macaroni
1 pd hamburger
1 onion cut up
1 green pepper cut up
1 large can of tomato sauce
velvetta cheese or any cheese you like

cook mac
cook hamburger , onion, green pepper ,,salt and pepper

drain hamburger mixture
add to cooked mac
add tomato sauce
in casserole dish layer ,,,then add cheese to cover layer,,,repeat until top layer is cheese
bake 375 for approx 45 minutes or until the desired browness on top

serve with a french bread and salad

EASY AMERICAN GRILLED CHEESE:
ingredients:
2 pcs!. bread {white bread, loaf}
butter
mayonaise
dairy cheese

PROCEDURE:
spread mayonaise on the 2 pieces of bread, shread some cheese on top (i like mine with alot of mayo, trust me, its YUMmmy!) fold or put 2 pieces of bread on top of each other!. spread butter on the outer part!. (so while you are toasting it, it will ad more flavour and make it brown)
in a heated pan, add one or two teaspoons of butter!. spread it through out!. place the sandwhich in pan check the first side until it is golden brown!. 3-4 minutes (or less) on each side!.
check if cheese is also melted!.
(i add bacon in my grilled cheese sandwhich, lettuce and tomatoes!. so its like a BLT!. lol!. but i dont do it all the time!. :D!. watching my figure!.!.LOL)
