When i was at school, my teacher showed us how to make some cakes, but all i can remember was they was made out of normal coconut and brown sugar!. My teacher was Jamaican, so it could been a jamaican recipe doe anybody no what they were called, and what the recipe is!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

They're often made at school because they're straightforward to make and can be cooked in the microwave or oven!.

Although this recipe uses 2 types of oats I just use rolled oats and you can also use butter instead of margarine if you prefer!.

If you don't remember raisins then maybe she didn't add them - they are optional!.

coconut pyramids!. Dessicated coconut mixed with sugar and a little syrup, formed into pyramids, cherry on top, In oven to just brown them and melt sugar!.
