Answers:
Put a little milk into a sauce pan and put the range on medium-low!. Heat the milk until it's steamy, then add shredded or cubed cheese gradually while stirring until you get a creamy sauce!.

Meanwhile, put water on to boil, then add pasta to the boiling water!. Cook the pasta on medium until it's done to your preferred texture, then drain it and dump it into your cheese sauce!.

Add a handful of bacon bits if you like, mix in, then top with a little shredded cheese!. You now have home made mac and cheese!.

Heat up a frying pan with a little oil or non-stick spray!. Dice up a tomato and some bell pepper and mix with your shrimp!. Get a knife and run it down the carrots to scrape off the outside, then press a little harder to slice the carrots into thin strips (this is called julienning them)!. Chop up the carrot strips!. Toss all of it into the seering hot pan, douse it with a little soy sauce and shake it around for a couple of minutes and you'll have shrimp stir fry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rinse shrimp under hot water until thawed, meanwhile cook pasta, saute bell peppers and tomatoes!. Add American cheese and melt!. Add shrimp and toss!.

Or cook rice, add sauted peppers and tomatoes, top with American or Mexican cheese, top with warmed shrimp!.

Or warm pita pockets in microwave for 1 min!., add ham, peppers, and tomatoes, heat!.

Or cut apples, spread with peanut butter!.

Grill tortillas, add mexican cheese, fold over and grill till melted, open add avocado slices and tomatoes!.

Or scramble eggs with milk and mexican cheese, layer in tortilla, top with tomatoes

How about shrimp and vegetables with peanut sauce over rice!? Saute your shrimp, peppers and carrots together, cook the rice separately, and then you can make a basic peanut sauce out of peanut butter, soy sauce, a little sugar and water!. It will be even better if you have garlic, ginger, lemon juice and some thai fish sauce, but they are not essential!.

Or you also have the obvious fixing for a shrimp-vegetable burrito!.

Or a shrimp-vegetable omlet!.

Or one of my favorite sandwiches: ham, avocado and tomato with a little mayo!.

And ice cream for dessert!

I guess it just depends on how much time you want to spend making dinner tonight!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Spread a little of your mayo on one half of a tortilla (if it's soft, if not, use the pita), lay on the ham, which ever cheese your prefer, fold over and make a nice hot grilled ham and cheese!. Adding in your apple, sliced thin, would be good too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
