Question: Does anyone have a simple recipe for a Japanese Style Chicken Curry
I know they eat curry in Japan but I can't find any recipes!. If not Japanese style then do you know another curry recipe that's mild!? I don't really like Indian curry!. Jamaican curry would be OK to if you know one!. Or just a mild curry that's not to overpowering!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Japanese-style Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients:
12 chicken legs
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 clove fresh ginger root
1/4 lb Japanese curry roux
3 cups water
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
*vegetable oil
Preparation:
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and curry powder in chicken legs!. Slice onion thinly!. Heat some oil in a pan and saute chopped ginger, garlic, and sliced onion!. Add chicken legs in the pan and saute well!. Pour water in the pan and simmer until chicken legs are softened!. Add curry roux and stir lightly!. Simmer for 5 minutes!.
*Makes 4 servings!.

very fast recipe:

chicken with curry

-one chicken breast
-one can of mushroom (any type u like)
-an onion
-2 garlic cloves
-2 tea spoons of curry
-2 table spoons of canned cream
-salt,pepper,oil
-make regular white rice the amount u need

how to do it!.!.!.
# put some oil in a pan !.
# chop every thing into slices and fry they on a medium heat!.
(this looks better when the mushroom and chicken slices are same
and the onion and garlic are smaller)
# when they are ready put salt and curry
(if the curry is really hot just spare the pepper)
# then add about a 500 ml water then add the cream and stir
# leave it for 10 min on low heat
eat it with white rice or even spaghetti but i find it better with rice
