Question: There once was a dessert!?
I had a dessert quite awhile back!. I do not know what it was called!. I believe some of the ingredients were graham cracker crust-cherries-pineapple (Maybe the juice from one or the other !?)-Chopped Pecans(!?) Not sure what else!. And was'nt sure what to type 'in' for a search!. Everyone here seems knowledgeable and helpfull!., so i thought I would ask the Yahoo community!. Thanks in advance for your help!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are a few different ways to prepare this dessert!.!.!.!.!.

BANANA SPLIT DESSERT
INGREDIENTS!.!.!.
4 cups graham crackers, crushed
3 sticks butter or margarine at room temperature
2 eggs, or egg substitutes*
16 ounces powdered sugar
20 ounces canned crushed pineapple, drained
3 bananas, sliced - more for garnish if desired
16 ounces whipped topping
CRUST:
Mix crushed graham cracker and one stick melted butter with a fork!.
Line the bottom and sides of the baking pan with this mixture!.
Bake for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown!. Allow to cool!.
FILLING:
Beat eggs*, 2 sticks of butter, 1 cup of whipped topping and powdered sugar until fluffy!.
Spread mixture on cooled crust!.
Top with crushed pineapple and a layer of sliced bananas (2-3 bananas)!.
Cover with remaining whipped topping!.
Garnish with nuts, bananas, or sprinkled with crushed graham crackers!.
Refrigerate for one hour before serving!.

BANANA SPLIT PIE
INGREDIENTS!.!.!.
2 cups cold milk 2 pkg!. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz!.)
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries divided
1 banana sliced
1 tub (8 oz!.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
2 Tbsp!. chocolate syrup
1/4 cup PLANTERS Chopped Pecans
POUR milk into large bowl!. Add dry pudding mixes!. Beat with wire whisk 2 min!. Spread 1-1/2 cups of the pudding onto bottom of crust!.
TOP with half of the strawberries and the bananas!. Add half of the whipped topping to remaining pudding; stir gently until well blended!. Spread over fruit layer in crust!. Spread remaining whipped topping over pie to within 1 inch of edge of crust!. Drizzle with chocolate sauce; top with remaining strawberries and pecans!.
REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until set!. Store leftovers in refrigerator!.

Filling: Whip powdered sugar and butter together and spread over crust!. Add a layer of Bananas, then a layer of crushed pinapple!.!.!.!.top with coolwhip and crushed pecans and decorate with marishano cherrys!. Taste like a banana split!.


Banana Split Dessert

1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in syrup, well drained
4 medium bananas
1 (9 ounce) carton Cool Whip
1/2 chopped pecans

Directions
1Combine MELTED butter and Graham Crackers!.
2Pat in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 pan!.
3Beat eggs on high speed 4 minutes (critical of time)!.
4Add powdered sugar, softened butter and vanilla and beat 5 minutes more on high!.
5Spread over crumbs evenly!.
6Chill for 30 minutes in refrigerator!.
7Spread pineapples over cream mixture!.
8Arrange bananas over the pineapples!.
9Cover with Cool Whip!.
10Sprinkle with nuts and then place a few cherries!.
11Cover, refrigerate 6 hours or overnight!.
