I didn't have buttermilk or lemon to add to my biscuit mix so i added a few drops of white wine vinegar and they turned out perfect without even a hint of vinegar taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put flour/spices in baggies to bread meats!.
Do the same with eggs!.!.!.!.if dredging meat in an egg wash!.
E-Z clean up!.
To grease cake/cookie pans!.!.!.!.if using sticks of butter!.!.!.use paper wrappers from sticks on the pans!.!.!.usually enough butter on the paper!.

To make buttermilk: 1 cup whole milk + 1 Tablespoon white vinegar!. Stir together and let sit for 5 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
