Sainsburys do a wonderful own label Cumberland sausage which cooks well on the BBQ!. You would be silly not to cook it as you would nt get the flavour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think Irish Bangers, when homemade, are the best!. However, as far as bang for your buck, you can't go wrong with a nice spicy andouille!. And I always cook my sausage unless it's smoked, but it then at least gets heated, some cooking just adds flavor and texture!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i have a local butchers where i buy my sausages!. they do really nice beef sausage!. failing that, i like butchers choice from tescos!. i like to fry my sausages, slowly!. if im feeling lazy, i cook them in the oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
