Does anyone know any easy cake recipe??!

2 eggs
put everything in mixer or by wisk and mix together
then you can add whatever you want like nuts or raisin or chocolate pieces!.
put in greased pan, and then oven 375 F for 1/2 hour or until the cake is golden and you stick the knif comes out dry

Lemons and ginger go together well in this cake!.

1-2 Tablespoon Lemon juice
Method
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy!. Gradually beat in the egg!.
Sieve the flour, ginger and baking powder and fold into the creamed mixture with the milk, oats and crystallized ginger!.
Pour into a buttered ring mould!. Bake at 180 °C / 350 °F / Gas 4 for 1 hour!. Cool in the tin!.
Blend the icing sugar and lemon juice into a coating consistency!. Turn out the cake!. Pour over the lemon icing!.

Children like this and Mom will too because it is quick and easy with little preparation which means less to wash!. They also think the name is appropriate because it seems "Crazy" to put oil and vinegar into a cake!.

buy a lemon or yellow cake mix, grease the bottom of cake pan, sprinkle flour on top of the grease(just a bit of spray grease), then dump in an inch or so of either fresh or frozen blue berries, or saskaroon berries, add cake mix gently on top of the fruit, bake at what the cake mix tells you to, let cool, flip onto nice serving dish, add whipped cream or desert whip on every serving, enjoy! easy, tasty, and cheap!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Preheat the oven to 180'C :)
4oz self raising flour
4oz butter
4oz sugar
2eggs
1oz chocolate powder/flavoring!. (optional!)
Get it all in a bowl, mix it up!. Pour it into the cake tin, put it in the oven for 20 mins!. Then check on it, get it out and gently stick a knife into the middle!. If the knife comes out clean, it's cooked through!. If not, put it back in and use your own judgement of time before doing the knife test again :)
