I mix oregano , with Mrs!. Dash , shake it up in a zip lock bag with alittle garlic powder and oinion salt a dash of powdered red pepper, rub in deep on both sides , the oregano really brings out all the natural flavors , and so far nobody has ever asked to put anything else on it (bbq sauce)!. My favorite dry rub for chicken is good old Lawry's salt with pepper, garlic powder and onion powder!. Add a little paprika for color!. If you have any lemon rind, it also adds a nice flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
