Great easy low carb recipes...!
I just started my low to no carb diet and am looking for some new recipe ideas!. I do this diet about 2 times a year and it works great for me, but I get a little bored with the food options!. Anyone have anything new and fairly simple!? I work a crazy schedule so cooking is not something I have a ton of time for!Www@FoodAQ@Com

These are some recipes I use when I do the low carb diet!. I've made them myself and they're not bad!. The first one is a delicious snack!.
Buttered Pecan Nutty Nibbles
Ingredients: 1 cup pecan halves
1/2 cup macadamia nut halves
1 tbs butter
a good shake of sea salt
1/2 tsp Splenda OR brown sugar
How To Prepare: Melt the butter in a cast iron or ovenproof pan
Add the nuts stirring to coat!.
Sprinkle the salt and the splenda/sugar!.
Mix very well then bake in a 175C oven for about 15 minutes or until the macadamia take on color!.
Leave to cool!.
Number of Servings: variable
Carbs per serving (including complete nutritional information if known): 6!.93g carbs for the recipe (fiber already subtracted)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes or so
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
Recipe: Easy Cheesy Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:

3 Chicken breasts
Onion
Celery
1 cup helmans mayo(roughly)
garlic powder
Lots of shredded cheese (whichever kind you like)
Sliced almonds
How To Prepare:
--------------------------------------!.!.!.
Cook chicken in oven until done!. Then cut up celery and onion!. Once chicken is
done cut up in chunks, then mix everything together (cheese and all)!. Top with
extra cheese if you want, then top with sliced almonds (once baked these will
be crunchy!)
Bake on 400-425 for about 25 mins!. (just enough to let cheese melt and almonds
get a little brown)!. Enjoy!!! Good reheated too!.

I don't DIET on the Low Carb plan, I LIVE on it!. As long as it doesn't have carrots, corn, peas, potatoes or pasta I love it!.
Salads can be varied and most interesting with the variety of fresh veggies available!. Toss a half cup of diced cooked meat of any type on top, grate a little cheese over it!. All my salads come out at about 30 grams of carb!.

6 eggs
3 cups of cheddar cheese
S&P to taste
heat 1 Tablespoon oil in pan add onions,cook until limp
add spinach and cook 3 minutes,
meanwhile in a medium bowl beat eggs ,add cheese and S&P!.add to spinach combine then pour into a pie pan and bake for 30 Mins at 350
