does it matter which type of milk!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Yes!.

If it just says, add milk, add homogenized(vitamin D) , or 2% milk!. This is for baking, and you want the fat from the milk to make it rich enough!.
If recipes require evaporated or condensed milk, it will say so!. You buy those milks in a can at your supermarket!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if it matters the recipe will usually say so
we only use skim milk at my house and everything turns out fine
often times we even use smaller amounts/ omit it because my sister is lactose intolerantWww@FoodAQ@Com

Some recipes rely on the higher fat content of whole milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
