What do you do with plastic spice bottles when you've transferred the spice to a rack!
I'm referring to those racks that come with their own perfect-sized glass jars!. If you have one of those, what do you do with the original plastic bottles that are left over!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love those little bottles!. I save them for wildflower seeds or making up my own herbal mixtures!. The small plastic jars come in handy as overnight pill containers, small beading projects or bulletin board tacks!. Kids love to carry pennies or bugs in them!. We just had 3 small frogs in one, luckily we kept the sprinkle top for air!.

Depends on the spice!.!.!.
The cinnamon, nutmeg, and other nice smelling spice containers I punch small holes in the lids and place the empty containers in my drawers/ cupboards!.!. The scent gently infuses the clothing, blankets etc!. stored in the drawer or cupboard!.!.!.
With other spices I dishwasher the containers and use them for storing small bits for sewing and craft projects!.!. (Buttons, small safety pins, pearls, beads etc!.)
Build a wooden shelf in your craft area tack or glue the lid to the bottom of the shelf and presto you have hanging mini storage containers for all your bits and pieces!.!.!. (also works well in the garage for small nails, tacks, and other bits)
Use larger containers like mayonnaise jars for larger items!.!.!. When you connect container lids to the shelf place the larger containers at the back of the shelf working to the smaller at the front so all is visible in tiers!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if they have a recycle symbol on them, recycle the bottles!. Usually, lids are not recyclable!.
If no symbol, then you can just toss them in the trash! Www@FoodAQ@Com

I buy all my spices at a local co-op where you have to bring your own container!. Empty spice bottles work great for that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
