I need to vamp up my menu!. I am asking what is everyone's favourite home cooked meals!. Something that will fill a belly of a truck driver and have him walk away feeling like he just ate at home!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

All day big breakfast (bacon, eggs, toast, baked beans, sausages)
A hearty meat stew with mash potatoes
Pasta with garlic bread
Steak and potatoes
Chicken Kiev with potatoes and veges
Lasagne
Hearty Soup with a big toasted sandwich

1!.) Delicious meatloaf, mashed potatoes w/gravy, and veggies!.

2!.) Southern fried chicken, baked potatoe w/toppings, and veggies!.

3!.) Chicken and Rice, mashed potatoes, and veggies!.

4!.) Spaghetti w/ Meatballs, chef salad, bread and veggies!.

Well done trying to find home cooked meals for truck drivers!. There is nothing worse when you are on the road then eating unhealthy choices every night!. I would suggest keeping it simple but fresh!.Lots of veges and limit the chips and fried choices!. I like the idea of a roast dinner ,pasta,steak and veg and maybe something with rice!.
