I have a bread recipe that calls for 1/2 cup dried milk, but I don't have any!. What could I use in place of it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Dried milk gives bread a tender crumb and a softer crust!. You could use regular milk and reduce the amount of water that the recipe calls for!. The results won't be quite the same, but close!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could probably substitute the water with regular milk !.!.!.!.!. keep a box of the dried milk in your pantry, in the future, for bread recipesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Carnation or ordinary milk!. Use less!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

leave it out or use milk instead of water in the recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
