Sour cream, sour cream, sour cream! :) Use it as a base and there are a ton of dips that you can whip up pretty easily!.
One of my favorites is to add a packet of dried onion soup mix to 2 cups of sour cream!. You can also add powdered salad dressing packets, salsa, or spices from the cupboard!. Get creative! You can always throw it out and start anew if it's horrible!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

a really easy is to spread a thick layer of cream cheese on the dip plate (you can flovor the cream cheese) and then make a bean dip and put it right on top!. make sure the bean dip laye is thicker/bigger than the cream chese!.
take vegetables( tomato, peppers, ect!.) and put it in a food processor to make salsa!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have an envelope of Ranch dressing mix or onion soup mix you can mix it with sour cream!.
Or melt some cheese and add in some no bean chili, again, if you have it!.
Other than that I suppose you can add whatever to sourcream and make it a dip!.!.!.!.!.!.seasonings such as garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, maybe chop up some onion and put in it!.
You can also use salad dressings as dip!. Do you have Ranch or Bleu Cheese!?!?
EDIT
Oh! Bubbles!. The envelope of Ranch and cottage cheese is how we used to make it when I was a kid!!! That was really good!. Thanks for the reminder!Www@FoodAQ@Com
