Basically, you CANNOT go wrong when making a milkshake/smoothie!
I always start with a fruit or two!.!. (ie!. strawberries, blueberries)
Often put banana, but yogurt/ice cream, anything solid but "thick" works well!.!.
And then add a liquid, how much depends on how thick you want it (ie!. o!.j,, milk, etc)
That's the basics, you can change it up, add/subtract things pretty much anywhere to create your fav!Www@FoodAQ@Com

the best thing to do with milkshakes is keep it simple,

2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (or however much you want, the more ice cream the thicker the shake)
1 banana
1 table spoon of malt
300 ml of milk (per server depending on how many people you want to make it for)Www@FoodAQ@Com

basically what i do for a chocolate shake i put in about 2 or 3 scoops of ice cream and pour in some milk and add any amout of syrup you want, mix it, then wala!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

do u like strawberries!?
vanilla icecream!.!. a few scoops
milk!.!.!. eyeball it
fresh, chopped up strawberroes
blend it all up!!!

whats even better than a milkshake is a MARGARITA! ;] Www@FoodAQ@Com
