Answers:
Your food will lose less nutritional value if you freeze it than it will if you leave it in the fridge for a few days!. The proteins and vitamins will stay in the food!. Some food may degrade in taste or appearance!. The fat in food may turn sour after a time!. This tastes bad - you don't want to keep fatty foods too long!. Keep them in airtight packaging if you want them to last!. But none of this affects the nutrition!. Almost all of the nutrition is preserved if you freeze a meal for a few days or weeks!.
Try to freeze the food quickly (in the bottom of the freezer) and do it as soon as possible after cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
