Eggs:- Fried
Break your egg onto a saucer!.
Heat your frypan to medium and add a knob of butter!. You want to use enough butter to coat the frypan!.
When the butter stops sizzling slide in the egg and let cook to the degree you wish!.
I prefer sunny side up!.
Turn if you want them “over easy” or “over hard”!.
Note, in some countries the yolks need to be cooked!.

fry up some bacon,

drain some of the oil off if there's an excess amount

reduce heat to medium-medium low

crack in egg and cook to desired doneness

tip: to cook the egg on the side that's not facing down before you flip it for a better flip, spoon hot grease on top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

To each his own!. I like mine fried in a egg pan sprayed with Pam!. Medium high heat, place glass lid over pan and cook only until the yolks start to go opaque!. From cracking egg into pan and then on to the plate should be less than 2 minutes!. Lower heat and longer times makes the white rubbery!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

low heat butter to make it non stick mix the egg with milk but dont break the middle also add some salt in the mixture then gently poor in the midle break the yoke then when its semi cooked looking flip it then as soon as it doesnt look slimy take it out eat it imediatly maybe with a bit of avacado yummyWww@FoodAQ@Com

low - medium heat!. Oil not butter or it'll burn!.
i cant flip them properly, so i have a trick where i put a pot lid over it so the heat stays in and cooks it all over not just on the bottom!. Leave it until it's perfectly cooked (depending on how you like it!.!. runny/hard, or whatever)

yum :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

don't have the heat to high - slowly heat up the oil, crack the egg into it so it starts to go white but not sizzling!.
put a plate over the top of it - that helps cook the top, a few mins later - perfect egg!.
