High calorie things to do with mushroom broth?!

Question: High calorie things to do with mushroom broth!?
Haha, I realize that this question is a little strange, but I need help!. I have mushroom broth that I don't want to go bad!. It only has 5 calories in a cup!. What could I use it in so that the dish is high in calories and vegetarian!?

Thanks =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
mushroom soup
saute onions and mushrooms in oil if vegan or butter if not
add the broth and a bit of thyme, black pepper and salt!. Add cream if you are not vegan and taste to adjust seasoning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like to make mushroom gravy to go over garlic and herb (tarragon) mashed potatoes (I'm not even vegetarian and I love it)!. If you have some portobellas or dried wild mushrooms, saute them with shallots or green onions in a good olive oil, add salt and pepper, and reduce heat slightly!. Add a splash of red wine!. Add a little (just enough to cover)light cream, milk, or soy/almond milk, plus corn starch, and heat and stir until it thickens slightly after boiling again!. Enhance flavor with a touch of mustard if desired!.

If you don't have mushrooms, just omit them, but include everything else!. Serve over mashed potatoes prepared with your favorite butter, garlic to taste, and some tarragon to bring out the flavor of the mushrooms!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cream of mushroom soup!? Make a mushroom "meatloaf" and creamy mushroom gravy for it!? Use it as your liquid in a risotto!?

Alternatively, you could use it as part of a side dish alongside a high-calorie main dish!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

why not use it in a risotto dish or any rice dish to cook the rice also u can make soup out of it just add wat ever veges u like to it Www@FoodAQ@Com
