I put my pork chops in the crock pot on low all day!. All I do is add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup!. This allows the soup to become like a gravy!. I start the crockpot at 7:30am (before work) and by the time I come home at 4:30pm, the pork chops are super tender that they fall apart!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can marinate them in a marinade with high acidity!. Acid in fruits or vegetables can break down the proteins to make it more tender!. Try this marinade:

1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
pepper (to taste)

1!.Combine all ingredients!.

2!. Place pork chops in ziploc!.

3!. Pour in marinade!.

4!.Leave overnight; then grill!.

or this

1/2 cup peanut oil (no substitutions)

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic power or 3 cloves fresh pressed

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 cup parsley flakes

1!. Combine all ingridients!.

2!. Do same as the last recipe!.

Hope this has helped!

sure you get bread crumbs and salt and pepper the meat and then put bread crumbs on the meat with a tiny bit of cayene pepper or something that is hot you do not put alot!. just a tad!. this makes it taste good but does not make it so you can not eat it!. there are all sorts of spices to use!. you could use a little garlic powder on it also small amount!. several different types of peppers in powder form but very little this is to taste not to get so hot you can not eat its for flavor!. then you spray a pan with pam, put little olive oil into the baking dish and put oven at 350 for one hour and 30 minutes in turn meat over presto best stuff you laid a lip over oh yes there are also salt that has spices in it which would be better5 then pure salt and pepper!. Remember use the peppers very spareing ly!. that is to taste and give flavor not for hot take care!. should be tender watch not let burn!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In my opinion, pork is best cooked on medium high heat first to brown it then the heat turned down liquid added and cooked for a longer time on low heat!. This gives the meat fibers time to relax and be friendly or they stiffen up and you chew and chew!. That is not a happy scene right!

Have your chops thawed out!. Mix together pinch of salt and pepper!.
Dredge them in all purpose flour that has paprika added!. Heat large frying pan that has a lid and brown on both sides in either peanut oil, canola oil on medium high heat then turn down to medium until nice and brown a deep rust color!. Now this is what creates the good flavor of the meat the browning process!.

In a measuring cup pour in enough water to come up to 7 ounces!. Top off with 1 ounce of DRY SHERRY!. This makes 8 ounces of liquid now spoon in 1 tablespoon of cornstarch!. Mix well and pour around the outside edges of the pan!.!.!.bring to high heat then reduce the heat and cover and allow to cook on low until meat is fork tender!. You might have to mix up more of this liquid depending on how much gravy you want!.

Best wishes with your piggy meat!.

Ever tried clay pot cooking!?
Get one at the kitchen store and soak it in cold water for 15 minutes then put your pork chops in it along with the other ingredients in your regular recipe and bake at same temp and time as original recipe and you chops will be moist and tender and you will love how they absorb the flavors of your spices!.
also works real good in microwave cooking!. I have had mine for 14 years and I hardly use anything else!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Buy a thicker pork chop, they take a bit longer, but they are a great option!. If you buy the little fellas, you can't help but overcook them!. There are other cuts of pork around that are as good as if not better than chops!. I always buy bone-in center cuts, about 1 - 1 1/2 inches thick!.
We are fortunate in this day and age that you can pretty much cook pork the same way you cook beef!. With the antibiotics and additives to pork feeding procedures, the industry has practically eliminated the threat of Trichinosis that made us cook the life out of our pork!. I usually order Pork Porterhouses or my Chops cooked to medium, still cooked all the way through, but just a slight bit of pink on the inside!. With a 1 inch cut that takes about 5-7 minutes per side!.

I just use salt and pepper, I like my pig to taste like pig!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Season them on both sides, brown them on both sides in a small amount of oil on medium high, add water or broth, cover, turn heat down to low/med low & cook them slow till they fall apart!. You can always add a bunch of sliced onions & smother!. Crispy Shake & Bake makes a good tender pork chop!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

keep them frozen untill ready to cook then about five minutes before you start put a pan on the stove with a little water and turn it on medium!. then take the pork out and run them under hot water (this is hard work but worth it) as possible tear each chop away from the frozenhunk of meat and toss it into your pan!. then cook then as you normally would!. if you start cooking them a little frozen they are more tender in the end!. (i'm thirteen and didn't get any help from anybody)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Higher heat for less time!. I fry in vegetable oil!. Season while cooking!. The thicker the cut, the juicier it will end up!. In the "old days" people were told to let the pork cook untill it was all white to avoid parasites!. Not neccessary to cook it as long today if bought from supermarket!. Slightly pink is okay!.
