Gluten free marinade?!
Does anyone know a really good gluten free marinade!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
simple, and good and gluten free
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1/4 cup apple juice
2/3 cup oil
Directions:
Mix and then inject it as usual (This is enough marinade for a 10 lb meat)!. Just a note, make sure you cook it in Peanut oil; it has the highest smoke point & you can maintain the temp without it burning!.

Not as such!. However, almost all marinades will be gluten free, I would have thought (unless you make one out of low fat yogurt with gluten in it)!.
Since the purpose of a marinade is to add flavor, and sometimes to tenderize, there is no reason to add wheat, rye or barley, which have little taste!.
Just make sure the ingredients don't include soy sauce (unless you use gluten free) or malt vinegar/malt anything!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
