Parmesan Pork Tenderloin
1 pound pork tenderloin
3 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Cut tenderloin crosswise into 8 slices, approximately 1-inch thick!. Place each slice on its cut surface and flatten with heel of hand to 1/2-inch thickness!.
Combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; dredge pork slices to coat!.

This is quite literally the most delicious pork tenderloin recipe you'll ever find!. Simplest, too!.
1 bottle of italian salad dressing
2 pork tenderloins
Marinate the pork tenderloin in the italian dressing overnight in a ziplock baggie!. To cook, turn the grill on and let it get very hot!. Sear the outside of the pork on the grill, a minute or two on each side, and then put on the top rack of the grill and close the lid for about 10 minutes!. Take the pork off the grill and cover with aluminum foil until ready to eat (allow at least 5-10 minutes for the juices to redistribute throughout the meat)!. So, so tender!. My mouth is watering thinking about it!.
