Question: Can someone give me a good mashed or smashed potatoes recipe!?
I want a recipe for mashed potatoes!. More of the natural potatoes and not the instant potato flakes you buy at the grocery store!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cheesy Smashed Potatoes
1 lb red potatoes cut into chunks
1 c!. bite size cauliflower florets
1/4 c!. sour cream
1 c!. shredded cheddar cheese

Place potatoes and cauliflower in lg saucepan!. Add enough water to cover!. Bring to a boil on high heat!. Reduce heat to med and simmer for 20 min!. or until veggies are tender!. Drain; return to pan!. Add sour cream; mash until veggie mixture is light and fluffy!. Stir in cheese!.
*You can't even taste the cauliflower but it's a good way to get more veggies!.

Bacon and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes
1 1/2 lb!. potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
1/2 c!. miracle whip or ranch dressing
4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1/4 t!. garlic powder
1/4 t!. salt
pinch of pepper
1/2 c!. milkd cheddar cheese (or more if you prefer)

Cover potatoes with water in lg saucepan!. Bring to boil;p reduce head to med and cook 20 min or until tender!. Drain!. Mash potatoes!. Add rest of ingredients except cheese; beat until fluffy!. Stir in cheese and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

peel and dice your potatoes!.start the boiling process out with cold water!.the reason for that is because if u start them in hot water the cooking process will begin from the inside and make lumpy potatoes!.in your water u add onions(will cook into taters) and salt,pepper and galric powder!.cook until taters are fork tender!.drain completely of water,using a mixer or tater masher, mash the taters until smooth,add butter or margarine,season to taste!.if u can make a fork of spoon stand erect in them u are ok!. enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

For two people, peel and quarter two large potatoes!. Dump into boiling water until a fork splits them!. Drain and mash with the help of canned milk, a stick of butter, salt and pepper!. Adjust the potato consistency with canned milk!. Use an electric hand mixer if you can, the whipped is nice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Couple pounds of reds, boiled!.
Couple tablespoons of butter!.
Couple shakes of the salt!.
Couple grinds of pepper!.
Couple splashes of milk/cream!.
Couple cloves of crushed garlic!.

There is no recipe!. Leave skins on, and smash em!.

Make your mashed potatoes, cream really well
Cool

Divide into palmfuls
In centre place a savoury mince or flaked fish mix
Roll into balls ensuring they are sealed!.
Roll in parsley/chives crumbs
Dip in egg
Roll in crumbs again
Deep fry!.

Get some potatoes!. Boil them in halves!. Then, stick a fork to see if they're done!. Take them out if yes, then add butter, garlic, milk, and a slice of cheese!. Blend it all together!.

I just boil the potatoes with a little salt!. Drain the water!. Add some butter and milk (go slowly) while you mash!.
