A GREAT 5 STAR Recipe - do you have one!?

Answers:
You can use tuna packed in water or oil or the tuna in a package but which ever you use, here's my recipe:

TUNA SALAD

Tuna fish
diced onion
diced celery
diced pickles (sweet or dill)
diced hard boiled egg
mayonnaise - just enough to hold everything together
fresh ground black pepper

Mix all together!.

The above is great as a scoop on a bed of salad fixins, also good as a grilled tuna fish sandwich (I spray or butter one side of the bread, grill it until golden, do the same to the other slice, and spray or butter the other side!. Place the uncooked side down on the griddle, add a nice helping of tuna fish, and put on the top slice with the uncooked side up!. When the bottom is nice and golden, flip it over and grill the other side!. The heat changes the flavor of the tuna fish and makes it very nice!.

My mother just puts her tuna fish on a plain slice of bread, adds the second slice, butters the outside top and places that down in a skillet to grill!. Once it's browned, she butters the new top side and flips it to brown that side!. The difference between the two is my mother's is crisp and then soft at the same time - mine has a little extra crunch!. If you toast your bread in the toaster, you don't get the opportunity to heat the filling and it doesn't make it as nice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
